Lately James has taken to sleeping only in my arms during the day. I've given up and decided it's better to have a happy well-rested baby during the day than to fight with him and have a grumpy, fussy man on my hands. We are going to start with teaching him to sleep at night and then we'll move on to daytime naps. Any advice o the subject is greatly appreciated.
Anyway. Having my babe asleep in my arms does not allow me to get some of the things done that I would like to but I have learned to type one-handed. Hence the more frequent blogging over the past few days. I feel like everyone is probably over our california trip already, so I will just condense everything else I have into one post and then we'll be done and move on and maybe I can get caught up.

(even though we brought tons of toys, his favorite things to play with were the red measuring spoons and rubber whisk from our rental. he loved them so much we considered stealing them, but we didn't. if anyone finds a rubber whisk for sell, let me know) |
Needless to say, best trip ever. I am loving going through all these pictures while I am on the opposite end of the country and missing my family a lot.
