DC Embassy Tour

Before we left DC for the summer we felt we had to take advantage of one of the neatest events DC has to offer. Passport DC's Around the World Embassy Tour takes place one Saturday where many of the foreign embassies open their doors so that everyone can experience their cultures. We got to try food, hear music, and see what makes these countries unique. There were forty different embassies that were open and even though we spent all day we only made it to 15 of them. We will definitely be going back the next couple years. And now, picture overload:

//Kyrgyz//

  2. This is awesome! I hadn't heard of this event, but we'll watch out for it next year. Gummy & I just went to our Afghani neighbor's birthday party last night. It was really neat to be included in that. We miss you guys a lot!

    1. You are the nicest ever Nicole! We got the ergo for Christmas so we haven't used it that much but I really like it! It is much more comfortable than others we've tried. I wore James for a couple hours and I was fine. The only drawback is that he can't face out, which he likes. But he was ok looking to the sides. I don't think it was a big deal. We really liked the baby Bjorne when he was a little bit smaller, but now he is too big and it kills the back so the ergo is nice to have when we don't want to take a stroller. I would recommend it though! Good luck deciding!
