This was my third time to Mount Vernon. I went in the fall, the winter and now the spring. Although it was still rather barren and cold, we did get to enjoy the baby animals. The piglets were only a week old and the lambs were so cute. They would run back and forth across their pen, bleating together. It was hilarious and James loved it.
Even though I've been a few times, I still loved spending all day at Mount Vernon. There is so much to see and it's awesome to learn about George and Martha Washington. He was an incredible man and my admiration for him has grown a lot. It was fun to share it with my family!
I have been meaning to tell you this since 2011. Your mom looks EXACTLY like my property professor. I mean. Like. Twins. Okay, not twins. Siblings, first cousins at the MOST. That is all.
