A few weeks ago we took a walk around the mall with our friends. It was a beautiful night and we wanted to enjoy fall to the fullest. We walked from the Washington to the WWII memorial and we had plans on going to the Lincoln but in a matter of minutes it went from sunny and warm to a total downpour. We booked it back to the metro station, but we were all soaked to the bone. At least we got some good pictures before the rain came. We ended the night with Thai takeout and a (not-so) friendly game of Settlers of Catan. Grateful for good friends who are up for anything and take pictures of us so we don't have just a bunch of just one parent and James.
