we live below a korean family. they were so nice and brought us dinner last week. we had a seaweed soup, a noodle dish called chop choy (?) and of course, kimchi. amie wasn't the biggest fan of the kimchi or the soup but the noodles were fantastic! steve liked everything, but that's generally how he rolls. there are good and bad things about living below this particular korean family. one thing we haven't always loved has been the smell from their cooking. but after trying the food i don't think we'll be complaining about it anymore.
