Our baby is over two weeks old! These two weeks have gone by so fast, yet it seems like we’ve had our little guy forever. I can’t imagine him not being a part of our family. He gets cuter and more fun every day and he definitely has both his parents wrapped around his fingers. At two weeks old our boy weighs 8 pounds and is in the 87^th percentile for height! Surprising considering he has me and Steve for parents.

So far he is a pretty happy baby and lets us sleep pretty good at night for the most part. But sometimes he decides he wants to play at night. He doesn’t like to play by himself though and wants either mom or dad to stay up and play with him. He’s so stinkin’ cute though so we can’t be too mad. He does not like his crib and prefers to sleep in his car seat or his daddy’s arms.

He loves to stare at lights and lamps. He has these huge eyes that hardly ever blink. He just stares and stares and we have to wonder what is going on in that little mind of his. He smiles, but only when he is sleeping. When he is awake he is usually giving his parents the stink-eye if he’s not staring off into space. He is so cute and we adore him way too much!
